Mr.Bell Premium Potatoes is an affordable mobile food concept specializing in loaded jacket potatoes, launched at high-footfall event locations across Thailand. As the lead strategist and designer, I took the business from Ideation to profitability—handling everything from strategic planning and design to the full marketing mix. The result? Breakeven in under 3 days and net profit secured within the first month of operations.
Key deliverables:
- Full Business Blueprint – Designed the end-to-end startup from business model and sourcing local ingredients to studding consumer behavior and pricing strategy, tailored for Thailand’s event-driven street food scene.
- Brand Identity & Visuals – Created the “Mr.Bell” brand identity with warm, premium, and playful playful personality. Developed logo, colour palette, packaging, and stall signage that stands out in crowded event spaces.
- Marketing Mix Strategy – Executed a 4Ps plan (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) focused on impulse buying at festivals, night markets, and corporate fairs.
- Rapid Breakeven – Client recovered total initial investment in less than 3 trading days through high-margin toppings combos and efficient portion control.
