Mr.Bell Premium Potatoes is an affordable mobile food concept specializing in loaded jacket potatoes, launched at high-footfall event locations across Thailand. As the lead strategist and designer, I took the business from Ideation to profitability—handling everything from strategic planning and design to the full marketing mix. The result?
