Planned, designed, coordinated, and executed the entire event “2017 AES Annual Bowling Competition” for 80+ employees in Dana Mall Bowling Center, Bahrain.
- Planned and coordinated the entire event from finding the best location, booking the hall, designing the competition and materials to food choice and final arrangements.
- Designed 2 flex banners 400cm x 200cm, and 350cm x 200cm with a slogan “Together we achieve”.
- Designed 80+ 3BD vouchers for 7Kitchen restaurant in Dana mall having the events details, location, date and area for the restaurant to write down the final amount.
- Purchased hats with 7 colors for the 7 groups participating in the competition.
- Prepared music list for the entire event.
- Designed a trophy for the winning team.
