Main Responsibilities:
- Founded the Founder Institute program in Bahrain along with four other Local Directors.
- Established the entire roadmap and structure for the program in Bahrain in association with FI HQ in Silicon Valley.
- Responsible for planning, managing, and executing the entire marketing efforts including designing strategies, ads, and press releases.
- Responsible for hiring, evaluating and managing FI local mentors.
- Planning, designing, and executing three successful FI events in Bahrain.
- Handling the applicants funnel and planning communication strategies for founder conversion.

- Event 1: Founder Institute Bahrain Startup Idea Bootcamp: How to Evaluate Your ideas – June 12th 2019 featuring Hamza Al Ghatam, Fatima Al Mansoori and Mohamed Darwish.
- Event 2: How to Build Your First Product in Manama – June 26th 2019 featuring Hassan Al Mohsen and Hamza Al Ghatam. In this event, i have presented the FI model to all the participants.
- Event 3: Bahrain Speed Mentoring, Get Startup Feedback from Exprets – July 10th 2019 featuring Hassan Al Mohsen, Nabeel Radhi, Hamza Al Ghatam, Salem Al Arrayed, and Salah Abuidrees. In this event, i have presented the FI model to all the participants.
