Handled the tasks of a Creative Director, Project Coordinator, Team Leader, and a 3D Artist for Hasabi Waterfront Island 3D project under Ansari Engineering Services in association with P&T Dubai.
Managed the entire 3D project from proposal stage to final submission.
The project consisted of 29 + 1 3D views of the entire island including aerial views, perspective views, corridor views, and close up shots of various types of villas, buildings, roads, landscapes, facilities of the island such as playgrounds and beaches.

Views no 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, and 20 which includes options for the Canal Villas (front view, back view, and interior view), Prime Canal Villas (front view, back view, road view, and canal view, interior view) , Canal Apartments (back view, canal View, interior view)
Views no 05, 06, and 15 were outsourced under my management. However, every instance of the Canal Villas, Prime Canal Villas, Canal Apartments (Back elevation) were modeled and textured by me.
P&T Dubai
Views no 01, 02, 03, 04, 16, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29 were designed and rendered by P&T Dubai. However, every instance of the Canal Villas, Prime Canal Villas, Canal Apartments (Back elevation) were modeled and textured by me.
