Mr.Bell Premium Potatoes is an affordable mobile halal food concept specializing in loaded jacket potatoes, launched at high-footfall event locations across Thailand. As the lead strategist and designer, I took the business from Ideation to profitabilityâhandling everything from strategic planning and design to the full marketing mix. The result?
